Tidio: AI Chatbot & Live Chat

More than live chat: a helpdesk for chat, email and social, powered by Lyro, an AI agent that supports and sells. Lyro doesn’t just answer — it acts within your rules: order status, refunds, cancellations and order edits, in Shopify or any CRM via API. On your storefront Lyro also sells: it starts conversations on product pages, compares products and adds to cart. When a human steps in, your team sees the orders and live cart, and sends products, discounts or order updates from the Tidio inbox.
