SMS Troopers | Cart Recovery

We’ve had a great experience working with SMS Troopers. They’ve been a big help in recovering our abandoned carts and have provided valuable insights that contributed to improving our sales. The team handling our account is very accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with. We also appreciate how helpful and professional their agents are when assisting our customers. Overall, SMS Troopers has been a reliable partner for us, and we truly appreciate the support and insights they continue to provide.

Abandoned checkouts were a big problem for us. We thought of having our support team text these customers, and then we discovered SMS Troopers. It's excellent. Instead of having to invest in additional staff, they took care of the work with real people. And it's been SUPER effective. We are now recovering 31% of abandoned checkouts compared to 1% from the automated email flows we spent months developing and tweaking. They even shared insights into why customers abandoned and learned that one of the main reasons was our limited payment options. We quickly added new options and sales increased significantly. That simple. The setup was easy. I had the app running in about 5 minutes. And we got our first sale in under an hour! If there is one app you can add to your store and make more money, this is it. No extra maintenance needed. Really happy.

Super impressed with the results. Our automated emails & SMS flows have never been really effective (around 1-2% recovery), but now we are recovering around 24% of abandoned carts! It only took a few minutes to setup, and we immediately saw the results. Highly recommend this app.

The newly-launched segmentation feature with multiple discount options (percentage, fixed, and free shipping) is awesome! SMS Troopers helps us upsell effectively, increasing our overall sales.

SMS Troopers has been great help to our business. Buying fresh produce is generally a last-minute choice that leads to cart abandonment. SMS Troopers is great. There is actual person that communicates with our customers and provides great service to them. Easy to set-up, easy company to work with. Very effective at converting abandoned carts.
