Real people text your abandoned checkouts and help them buy

Introduction

Real people text shoppers who leave checkout, answer their questions and help them finish the order.

Details

SMS Troopers follows up on your abandoned checkouts with real people, not bots. When a shopper leaves checkout, a Trooper texts them 30 minutes later, answers their product, shipping or payment question in a two-way conversation and can send a unique one-use discount code, so every recovered order is tracked. You choose which carts get a text and which discount a Trooper may offer. Each week you get AI insights on what stops your shoppers from buying. No number to register, no telco paperwork.
