Introduction

Self-service order editing to swap items, fix addresses, & add post-purchase upsells. Fewer tickets.

Details

Every "Can I swap my size?" email costs you time. Every "Can I change my address?" ticket pulls your team off real work. And customers who can't get a quick fix? They cancel the whole order. SelfServe puts order editing in customers' hands. They swap or add products, fix addresses (validated by Google Maps, no extra fee), adjust quantities, cancel orders, and apply discounts right from the order status page. Fewer tickets. Higher AOV. Live stores have added $69k+ in post-purchase upsell revenue.
