No easy way to cancel. Businesses should be penalized if the cancel button isnt easily findable in settings or plan/ billing. OCU doesnt.

Amazing app guys!! Their pre-purchase upsell is definitely worth it. You will get so much more revenue just by the pre-purchase feature. Ezra is also constantly making videos and giving a lot of hints on how to get bigger AOV and CVR. really amazing!

This app has been such an amazing addition to my business' shop! Because of One Click Upsell I have seen my average order value go up, and I'm finally experiencing true passive income. The app is easy to use and the setup options are super flexible which have been fun to test out. My conversions have been high so you're definitely missing out on extra revenue by not using this app in your Shopify shop.

Easy to navigate, great customer service!

You can't use it with Paypal or any other payment provider. It's just for CC payments, which makes it useless for 95% of the transactions in Europe. Was so excited since I heard it's going native and super disappointed when I installed it and saw the restrictions. Of course, you can still use it for Pre Purchase, but it's 10x more expensive (based on order volume) than all other Apps existing for Pre Purchase for Shopify.

5-Stars are not enough to accurately review Zipify ... they're easily a 10-Star Company! BEST APP on the store! STOKED! is an understatement to say how I feel that OCU returns with a native Shopify payments integration now! I've used OCU Legacy, but had troubles with the 3rd party payments and had to cancel it to return to Shopify payments. Also, make sure to follow Ezra Firestone and take his courses ... he's an E-comm business genius! Thus far, with the new Native OCU, it has been even easier and simple to setup in just one night. Plus, the 30-day free trial is a no-brainer. Zipify has gone above and beyond for me and my small business on countless times with support. Love OCU! You will love it too :) PS. The new order amount pricing is very helpful for small stores, and very excited about all the updates coming in 2021

I am giving 4 as there as some limitations, will change the rating as soon as the app improves. I think a major win for me would be an automatic option of up-selling the same product as in basket with priority on products. Right now I had to create a funnel per product which took a significant time to set up.

Just wanted to update this review. I still hate this app. My AOV has declined by 35% since I switched from the legacy app but I figured with all the updates, maybe it was worth switching to. It wasn't. All of the funnels are the same, with the same design, and format, yet the take rate is so much lower. I'm not sure how anybody can take any of these positive reviews seriously because every store owner I've talked to has experienced the absolute same thing since the switch. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Recently OCU has merged with Shopify, which at first was very exciting for us. Unfortunately, after discovering the app for 5-10 minutes our team quickly realized that the integration is far from being a well-developed Shopify App. The post-purchase page has very little customization. It's so basic, you may think that it's spammy and only something drop shipping stores might use. I do not recommend this app. I will re-review once the company emails me with significant updates as I am truly excited to hopefully see a strong customization function. Brands.. Need to stay on brand. Good luck.

Would be great IF it supported multi currency and would allow you to add collections rather on a product by product basis

Hands down best app of 2020. FIRE!!!! Easy to setup and really helps AOV. Truly a no brainer for any shopify store.
