It is honestly too early to say if the program will have an impact on my business but the app works very well and I am particularly pleased with the support I received from the developer. They were very keen on helping me install it, customize it and adapting it to my specific needs (I sell experiences and not products) and they always replied very quickly. I'd strongly recommend the app to whoever believes in the need of having a loyalty program, especially in the form of cashback

I recently installed the app and contacted Support because I needed help to implement some of the features. Alva responded very quickly via Google Meet to add, set up, move and explained some feature that I didn't understand in a patient, friendly and professional manner. It's still early days re using the app but I am excited to see how it'll work and benefit our customers, and it's free I'm giving a very well deserved 5 stars for the support I received and will leave an update later once the app is in use. Pretty cool.

I think the support team is very fast with their responses and overall support. I spoke with Daisy, and she was extremely quick in providing a solution. They resolve my problem within 10 mins of time. One suggestion I would like to share is that along with percentages, you could also introduce a points-based option -for example, 1 point for every ₹1 spent. That said, whatever you currently offer in the free subscription is already very good for small companies that are just getting started. Daisy, thank you once again for your excellent support.
