I have just had the best customer service experience from Yotpo. I needed a few things done to move the reviews carousell, to show stars rating somewhere on products page, etc and it was done in a breeze by the support personnel. Helpful, pleasant, quick. Ich habe bereits das L&R Programm von Yotpo, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Nun wollte ich als Ergänzung gerne das Bewertungsprogramm abonnieren, damit ich beide Apps in Ergänzung zueinander habe. Leider ist beim Bewertungsprogramm nicht mal eine einfache Änderung der Texte im Widget möglich. Die deutschen Texte gefallen mir aber gar nicht, es wird "gesiezt", in meinem Shop wird "geduzt" und auch einige andere Sätze hätte ich gerne verändert. Aber dafür muss man tief in die Tasche greifen, da bleibe ich bei meinem jetzigen Bewertungsprogramm, das ist für "kleines Geld" in allen Bereichen anpaßbar. Sehr schade und einige Arbeit und Zeit umsonst investiert. Der Support anwortet schnell, dafür gibt es ein PLUS

We use this app for our reviews. Period. It works great, customer service is great. I'm not aware of anything better out there. Don't plan on switching or looking either.

Absolutely superb customer service. I reached out to Yotpo needing some help with integration. Literally, within less than 10 minutes, Ronel R had our widget and star ratings displayed perfectly on our live site. If you need help, just use the "chat" feature on the bottom-right and hope that you get Ronel R to help you!
