I Use Ymq in my 2 stores. The app is so easy to use, but when I have needed a little help they are super quick to fix any issues. I have recently upgraded to plus and loving the volume discounts. Thanks guys for your amazing work

YMQ has worked extremely well for our personalized products. We can let customers choose different materials, sizes, styles, and other details without creating a separate Shopify variant for every combination. The options are easy to organize and the customer experience is straightforward. We are very pleased with how everything works.

We had a unique requirement that was not immediately obvious from the standard settings. The YMQ team was very patient and helped us figure out the best way to achieve it. Their communication was clear and the solution worked well. The app is already useful, but having responsive support makes it even more valuable.

Not great UI - save button not clear. No ability to assign images is a let down, as is not being able to select multiple options from a single dropdown menu

It would be the perfect app if it was compatible with Online Store 2.0. Are there any updates planned for Online Store 2.0 ?

*EDIT* In under an hour they had us fixed! Our mail filters weren't agreeing with their mail client, but all is well and the app works great so far! App did not work with our theme by default so we reached out to support via email and their "get support," button. It has been 7 days now with still no response whatsoever or recourse. Unfortunately it is not just a visual issue, but there is something causing an issue with adding items to the cart only after enabling the app. We're hopeful we can get this resolved as this is exactly the fix we've been looking for, but so far, no luck...

I have been using this app for quite some time with great results. Unfortunately, it stopped updating the cart price to reflect the correct upsells amount. Issues happen, but they seem to have taken away any customer service options now and i can't fix anything. We have lost thousands of dollars worth of upsells already and there doesn't seem to be any fix. if they don't offer customer service or technical support anymore, there is ZERO REASON TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. RUN AWAY

This is a really good app with a lot of features that can help a business offer custom options. Please contact me as I do not help with some issues with the app

I have been using the app for more than a year. Since I have so many variations, I was using it for everything except 1 variation. Then I needed to add some variants under Shopify. So I use Shopify variations and this app at the same time now, but YMQ doesn’t comply with Shopify at all. I have different prices for different product variants but because of the app, once you pick another variant the page won’t reflect the price unless you refresh it. As soon as I disable it, all is well. I have been getting so many upset customer messages because of that. I have reached out to YMQ a few times already but it’s still not fixed.

Only displays a preview through their own app. Cannot see what it'd look like. Not even in the template editor (where the app doesn't even show up).
