Very versatile and easy to use gallery creation app, went through quite many options and they just did not provide any of this level of customization or UX. Also, great customer support with fast responses and help.

I was looking for an easy look book app for all of our design photos. This was a very easy app to arrange and install on our site. Looks great!

App has a huge load of data on page load which is a big downside to google page speed insights. After a while it started blocking parts of my website including the header and toolbar. I used this on the impulse theme, not a good combination.

Best gallery so far! Very quick support response. Nice admin panel and smooth integration. I have over 1000 fullhd pics in over 50 galleries and it was easy to set up. sorting galleries and control over display is great.

We were looking for some kind of customizable fancy photo gallery that we can use on our Shopify blog + pages and stumbled across XO gallery. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised! In general, it seems Shopify blog customizations seem to have very little support and I'm happy to say XO Gallery is one of the coolest apps to offer some blog customization! We made use of the 'embed code' option for blog (and page) use and found that can be handy anywhere in your shopify store actually. One of the biggest perks I love about XO Gallery is it having its own photo file management system and does not utilize Shopify's excruciating image management system, and, its SO freekin FAST! It has many gallery features and layouts to tweak for your webstore and again, its so fast when making changes and reloading! While I'm still using XO in trial mode, I am having problems with the app's interface/control panel loading up. Its just blank for some reason (possibly a google chrome issue?). That's my only real gripe with the app right now. Highly recommended app!! Just get that intermittent interface issue fixed and I'll change my rating to 5 stars! [update] Thank you! it was my adblock chrome plugin preventing the dashboard from loading! I forgot to mention the support is just as fast as the app! Adjusted to 5 star review =)

I think this is a great app, if you are very creative and able to designa look... I am not and so I was going to have to hire a Website Design company to design my layout and set it up for me. I decided not to do so at this time.

I have to withdraw my bad review. I received the notification from Neo and sure enough, the emails ended up in the spam folder. Unfortunately, the chats were always deleted in the app and we didn't have a history, so I would certainly have known sooner that I had received a reply. All that aside, I have to stand my ground and apologize profusely for my unjustified review. I have also been refunded the payment. The app and the support is reliable and accordingly I can highly recommend it. If you get stuck with the app function, feel free to contact the support team, they are very willing to help and support you.

Tried reaching out to support. Says they would respond within 25 minutes yet I followed up and 6 hours late nothing. The links within the app said to read support document that doesn't actually exist.

Great app to create custom galleries. Easily exportable to other stores too which is precisely why we switched to XO Gallery. The galleries ahve really nice styles to choose from. Highly recommended

To say this gallery is superb would be an understatement. To say the support team is excellent would be an even bigger one. We've been using the XO Gallery across a few projects now, and hands down, it’s the best gallery app I’ve found on Shopify. The functionality, ease of use, and overall experience are exceptional. The support team is just as impressive. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely open to feedback. To the point where a suggested improvement can actually become a real feature. Mind blown. Highly recommended.

This gallery plugin is fantastic. It has so much customisation while being straightforward to understand. The free tier is very generous and the paid tier is so affordable, far cheaper than most on Shopify and from what I can see makes no compromises for the low price. I required support for an issue I was having today and I received a very helpful response within a few hours. Highly recommend!

App does exactly what i need, and with seriously excellent customer service / support which means everything. They provided a custom solution to a specific problem I had - really appreciated.

We were looking for a gallery that had a lot of settings and support for a large number of albums and galleries. We were changing the visuals of the entire e-shop and after deploying the XO gallery application, we ran into a few problems, but the application developer quickly advised and helped us.
