DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP. What kind of business stops a service doesn't tell you and then expects you to pay with no warning. AVOID BOLD.

Thank you very much Hamza for your speedy response regarding our problem , it is much appreciated that you got back to us so quick!
Thank you Hazma for helping we transfer missing invoices - We had some invoices that has not transferred across to our xero software but Hazma got it working. Great work. Thanks.
was great for a while but then sync didn't work anymore so after 3 months of trying to fix and still having to pay for it. I uninstalled.
Works well for importing data from shopify to Xero. All setup and it done automatically. Bold does have good support.
Does the job and works fine for my business. I still don't know why I need to write 100 characters as I don't have much to say.
Great product. This app does what it's supposed to do without the complicated integration process that most apps of this nature have.
This app has worked well for us and does precisely what it promises. Customer service is responsive as well. Thanks!
Great app and does exactly what it promises! A little expensive but we need it to simplify processes.
Saves me time and seamlessly happens in the background, I would like to see better mapping to Xero - at the moment we can only map to one sales code, which then requires recoding in Xero. I think that when mapping fails there should be better alert system because it usually means that there is a data issue that should be fixed.
We've used the BOLD / Xero App for the last 3 years and never had any issues with it, it does exactly what we need and hasn't let us down once, so we would fully recommend it! we often have to export the data on the same day, (in order to send an invoice to a customer from Xero) although we have it set to export at the end of every day and we've never had any issues with this happening, everything does as it says on the tin, couldn't fault it.
Payments download to Xero daily - straight forward to reconcile with info min of 100 charactors to kdkdk.
Great app and saves plenty of time with tonnes of automation going on behind the scenes. Their support is also pretty responsive.
This app has made a huge difference to my book keeping, as it sends all my Shopify invoices into Xero at the end of each day and itemises all the items sold, so really easy to keep track of sales types and best sellers etc. Love it.
Poor customer service. Emailed and received no answer. I then connected via chat and took a while for them to take note of it. Opened a new ticket disregarding any screenshots or descriptions I put before. Did no thorough investigation and came back after two days telling me something I already knew, washing their hands that it was a XERO mistake (clearly wasn't). I re-wrote on an email the issue and asked to escalate. I received a standard response that it will "take a while" and I should upload to XERO manually. We pay $20/mth for a product that doesn't work and has no solution, unless you sell without Duties and Tax.
Throws an error and flat out doesn't export orders if the customer name already exists in Xero... Isn't that a pretty basic flaw? We have to manually add orders regularly. Why we have to pay for this amateurish app with no alternative options and Shopify don't make their own I've never understood.
As a general point, the Xero Sync Integration is absolutely essential to our business - I don’t know how we’d do the bookkeeping for a Shopify-based business without it. I am writing a review after the resolution of a recent problem; we had a longstanding issue where we had a gap in our data for 18 months that we hadn’t got round to solving due to Covid backlogs. When I finally got around to it sorting it, I couldn’t make the data exports work properly. I was very worried this meant months of extremely tedious labour to manually enter all the data into Xero. Thankfully Irfan came to the rescue. He worked diligently and very efficiently with the developers, and they were able to investigate and diagnose the problem, and offer a solution. All of the data is now in automatically exported into Xero, and completely up to date. I am incredibly grateful to Irfan and the developer he worked with - please keep doing what you're doing guys, it is really appreciated.
Serious? This seems pretty elementary. Discount must not be greater than one hundred. Partial line item refunds are not currently supported. Restrictions on how many items I can export a day?!?!?
We are happy with Xero in general and have been using it for over two years now. However, since late March, our sales(retail and online) are not transferring down from Shopify which is a massive problem. Bold support has been absolutely terrible, keep saying they are looking into it but have no idea when the issue may be resolved if ever. Shopify point to Bold and Xero point to Bold. In the mean time we have asked them all for an easy way to get sales down manually so that the accounting side of our business can function but nothing from anyone. It is a huge undertaking to change accounting software at this stage..not really sure what to do but we will need to make a call soon.
