Xero

I had some issues integrating shopify to Xero and had made a few errors in the process. My customer support assistant Ria Cases was absolutely a life saver. She talked me through everything that we needed to do and also explained along the way the reason why it was good to do it this way. She also showed me examples to help me understand it better. Going forward I do believe the process is going to be super easy and straight forward. Most importantly she rectified the places I had made mistakes to help run the process better.

Quick and easy to setup and the sync is all working correctly inside Xero. The onboarding call was also great as they confirmed everything was setup and working correctly.

Great support from Julius and Hani over many zoom calls. We had set the account mapping incorrectly and once Julius fixed that and offered training on how to reconcile correctly so going forward reconciling is easy. Thanks for all the help it's very appreciated :)

At first this was clunky and I hated it. But I scheduled a call with their support team to screenshare. Ria lead me quickly and simply through every step to solve all of my issues!

Ria from Amaka was extremely helpful in re-establishing the sync between Xero and Shopify. As I’m still fairly new to these integrations, she patiently spent the time guiding me through the process with clear and helpful instructions.

Ordinarily this is an easy to use integration system. Only downside is if/when the apps become disconnected. Help is immediately on hand though and the Amaka team are very friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Hani & Alvin for their advice and expertise

It's a good app, the setup was fairly straightforward. It would be 5* if it also included the option to sync POs (Purchase Orders) from Shopify into XERO.
