The customer service team is fantastic! Super responsive, and able to assist with all the customisations our business required.

Installation is not too hard. They do offer a free assistance service. Though good luck getting any sort of timely response of their support org.

Best Wishlist App, super simple, useful and easy to use. Alex was great and he helped us with some custom wording.

I used this app since I had launched my store. It's really easy to use and seamless. The response from their support team is very quick! Recommended!

I installed this app and reached out several times for help with the setup. A few days went by and I got a response, but something else wasn't clear so I asked a question on August 5th. It is now August 12th and I STILL have not gotten a response to my question from the 5th or any other type of help whatsoever. I downloaded another (cheaper) Wishlist app instead and got an immediate response to both of my questions and my new Wishlist from that developer is already set up and ready to go. I have deleted Wishlist King and can't wait to read their ridiculous response to this review. Don't waste your time with this app, it seems like they just run out the free trial before they can be bothered to assist you at all!

I usually don't write reviews like this but have to say that customer support was excellent. We were up and running within 48 hours. Lightning speed on the responses. Much appreciated. Many thanks!

We're just finishing our 14-day trial, but so far Wishlist King has been great! Alex and Max installed it on our store and made several customizations so it would look to customers like an integrated part of our store. They did a great job matching our theme and even helped us integrate it with our third-party search app. Wishlist King is awesome, and, after many customer requests for us to add a wishlist, our customers are very happy with it!

Best app and best assistance, on point every time and no waiting at all. Solved my issues and custom needs fast. Thanks guys!

Damn never seen support this responsive and friendly. :) They set up the app to fit the theme perfectly and the app is exactly what a wishlist app should be. Simple and easy to use. Nothing extra. Just works.

Amazing app. Does exactly what it needs to do. Only thing troubleing some times, that when you switch themes, it hd to be installed again. However, just contact support and it's taken cacre of so quickly. Support is really friendly and helpfull. Thank you so much guys.

The Wishlist King app is loved by us and our customers. Our customers appreciate the ease of adding items to their wish list and checking out quickly during a special sale or a limited release event. I highly recommend this app to anyone on the fence. Alex has been so helpful as we integrated a new Shopify theme. I have emailed him several times asking him to move things around and he has always answered quickly, initiated my request right away, and been an absolute ray of sunshine while doing it.

The customer service from the team behind the app is just perfect! They respond very fast and understand directly where the problem lies. I tested out about 5 of the top wishlist apps in Shopify yesterday and Wishlist King was BY FAR the front runner. It's younger than the others so fewer reviews so don't be mislead, it's absolutely fantastic from start to finish and beyond (particularly customer service). Better still it's definitely the most cost-effective for what you get and the second best priced app was an absolutely headache that you paid in other ways. A massive factor for me was having the wishlist icon in the header next to the cart which all the other apps make you pay $$$ every single month for, whereas Toby and Alex immediately zoomed in and did it for me (god I hope they don't mind me saying... haha) These guys should be so proud of absolutely nailing it at every turn!
