WhatZi is a fantastic Shopify app for WhatsApp automation. Easy to set up, smooth integration, and very effective for abandoned cart recovery, order updates, and customer engagement. It has helped improve conversions while saving time.

Terrible experience. My WhatsApp has already been blocked three times because the platform deliberately sends messages in bulk, and there is no option to configure a delay between messages. This creates a significant risk for users and could easily be avoided with a basic scheduling feature. I would not recommend it.
