The order confirmation process was excellent. I received an instant confirmation message after placing my order, which clearly included all the important details such as the order number, items purchased, shipping information, and estimated delivery date. The message was well-designed, easy to read, and gave me confidence that my order was successfully processed. Overall, a smooth and professional shopping experience that enhanced my trust in the store.
Completely satisfied! Thumbs UP!
Very Bad Experience I have been using the Order Alert app for 3 months It is a very third-class service; sometimes their software works, sometimes it doesn't. If you complain, they don't respond to messages quickly. If you also want to waste time and money, buy the App from OrderAlert.
Honestly, Order Alert has been a great experience for our e-commerce Store, Zaid Attar Wale! It keeps track of every order perfectly from the moment it’s placed till it reaches the customer. The tracking number updates and AI address validation work flawlessly. It really makes managing deliveries so much easier and stress-free. Overall, an excellent app with smart features that actually help in real-day-to-day operations. Highly recommended!
What we like most is the instant customer communication and automated confirmation flow, which saves our team a lot of manual work. The support team is also responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Overall, it’s an excellent app for stores looking to improve order verification, customer trust, and operational efficiency. Highly recommended!
