Whatnot

Makes it easy to get your Shopify inventory into Whatnot. That's where the good part of this app ends. It also imports your Shopify shipping profiles without any way to stop that. And there was no indication that would happen either. My first show had all the shipping costs totally F'd up as a result and likely cost me bidders and ultimately money as everyone was charged too much for shipping. The toggle to import orders into Shopify doesn't seem to work. I have it off, orders from Whatnot still imported into my Shopify after the show. As a result they also imported into PirateShip and clogged up my view with all the orders that I actually need to post from Whatnot. Looks like I will have to get rid of this app and just manually list stuff going forward.

Doesn't support Shopify Market, so if you live in Canada and your store default is in US, it won't work, they will force you to change your default currency, which doesn't make sense, or will tell you to setup a new store. They need to implement Shopify Market API to their app.

Installed it just to write a review ... Claude can create an MCP to do all of this with whatnot.. SO your 11% fee just convinced me to do just that.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this integration. The Whatnot team (shoutout Luis, David, and Scott) really listened to our needs and built an amazing integration. We have stress tested it with thousands of orders at this point and its working perfectly!

doesn't sync

I like it but it doesn't give any option to change the categories and keeps reading the categories wrong and putting women's clothes and others because it doesn't know how to read things like pants and dresses as women's clothes. I would be happy to manually change it and whatnot itself but there seems to be no option to bulk edit category

I had my whatnot account first and wanted to upload my inventory to Shopify and apparently it does not work the other way around. Can't use it if it doesn't work in both directions. Who's the genius that purposely didn't do that feature?

The integration has been fantastic and super easy to set up. It’s completely eliminated the need for manual inventory adjustments between Shopify and Whatnot for our team. The Whatnot team alone is great to work with - highly responsive, receptive to feedback, and quick to roll out new features and improvements. We've processed 2,500+ orders since the app's official launch and it has worked seamlessly with our site and inventory system. HIGHLY recommend for anyone already selling on the platform, especially enterprise level brands managing a large number of SKUs!!

No option to amend price for flash sales or any sale, all products go to inactive and can't amend anything. Uninstalled until fixed as not great for sellers wanting to run at different prices to our retail sites
