I have repeatedly tried to link the company's WhatsApp business account to my account with you, but unfortunately, I receive an error message from WhatsApp saying that the phone number cannot be connected and it asks me to 'check my connection,' as if there is no internet, even though I am fully connected. I am afraid that if I try again, my WhatsApp number might get blocked.
The most pathetic service , because my business whatsapp got restricted, and I can never get back my data and my business whatsapp. this is the 3rd time that my account have been suspended.
every now an then the app stops working
solve the disconnection problem
Had been Going good so far recommended. Makes your Daily Work Quite Easy and Breaks it down properly
great experience, helpful team.
Very bad experience, support team also not respond properly, Not recommended
WhatsApp scan not working since 2 and half week, poor customer service, very late response
This app has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I was charged for a plan that didn’t even work, and when I contacted support, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to pay a second time with a promise that the first payment would be refunded. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. I ended up being charged twice for a non-working service, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received no refund and no proper resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Paying for something that doesn’t work is bad enough—but being misled into paying again with a false refund promise is unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend this app to any Shopify store owner. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Working with whatify from 3 months now, there dashboard and customization really helpful in day to day operations. recommended from my end.
“Very disappointed with this app. Their team contacted us and asked us to install and pay for the app, promising it would work properly. They also claimed there was a free trial, but charges were deducted immediately. After payment, the app still did not work correctly and support was not helpful in solving the issue. Totally wasted our time and money. Not recommended.
First they say I get abandoned cart automation with 2.99$ subscription, and when I install the app they require 49,99$ subscription for that.
Its a very delightful experience from onboarding to daily tasks everything runs smoothly here.
very nice stuff supportive, easy to use app, confirms orders and accordingly reduce returns
