Tout est super simple, le dashboard est très facile d'utilisation et intuitif ! Ils ont cette volonté de s'améliorer et de prendre en compte nos retours :) Bref on recommande x1000 Mention spéciale à Farah, notre CSM, elle est géniale !!
A very easy-to-implement and effective tool for easily creating missions, collecting UGC content and tracking performance. We also use it for our fidelity program to engage our community.
Thanks to Wiink, we are able to save time in collecting UGC. Ambassadors with diverse profiles (customers, influencers) are able to test our products or provide their feedback. Having everything gathered in one place makes the collection process easier. We are delighted with it. The content moderation feature is also very interesting !

From onboarding to monitoring, the team has been available and reactive. Integrating the tool into the website was very easy. The interface is clear and user-friendly. Creating missions is very easy and comprehensive.
