We liked WelloChat a lot. It's helpful for us to automate answering customer questions based on the website data, helping us to reduce support tickets and convert customers.

Our support inbox used to be chaos. Wello quietly took over a big chunk of the routine questions by pulling from our site data, and honestly the conversion bump was a nice surprise on top of that.

just installed this a couple days ago and so far really impressed. Setup was dead simple had the widget live on my store in under 10 minutes. Already got my first customer message through it and the notification came through right away. Clean interface, no clutter. Looking forward to seeing how it performs long term.
