20 most recentWe paid $275 for a one-year subscription to this app in April 2026. The app never worked — not once. Our Walmart seller account was never successfully connected despite months of attempts by me and my former employee. Every contact with support ended the same way: "give it a day, it will work." It never did. We requested cancellation multiple times and were strung along through ticket after ticket, in July and again in October 2026. When the subscription was finally cancelled in October, the company refused even a pro-rated refund for the unused half of the term — for a service that never functioned at all — citing "company policy." A company that charges $275 for an integration that never connects, ignores repeated cancellation requests, and then keeps your money for the unused term has told you exactly how it does business. We are disputing the charge with our bank. Merchants, save your money. Shopify's own free Marketplace Connect does this job without the $275 lesson.
We tried the Walmart Connector on the Premium plan to move a catalog of about 6,000 SKUs across roughly 50 Walmart categories. It may work for smaller catalogs, but it was not ready for ours. Mapping is the main problem. Key WFS fields like Label Image (required when “Product is or contains a chemical” is Yes) cannot be mapped to a Shopify field or metafield. They only take one manual value per profile. With 300+ SKUs per profile, each with its own label URL, the only workaround is a profile per SKU, which is impossible at scale. Profile conditions also only filter by native Shopify fields, not metafields. Global values, once applied, could not be cleared. For a seller that creates many new items on Walmart, that is a real risk to listing data. Sync was unreliable. Our Shopify product import stayed stuck at 1.72% for two days, which left 264 Walmart items under “Not In App” even though they exist in Shopify with the exact same SKU. We also saw errors across several fields. Support was polite but did not solve the core issues. Features like using the Walmart order number as the Shopify order name are only available as paid custom development. The billing experience was the worst part. We paid $299 for a customization with a 3-day delivery time. One day later, after finding the problems above, we asked them to stop the project. They refused a refund, said the work was already deployed, and replied twice with the same copy-paste message that ignored our points. If you run a large catalog with many categories and need per-SKU attributes for WFS, test thoroughly with your own SKUs before paying for anything extra.
Really a solid app. Kept our orders and inventory syncing well. Exceptional customer support, which can be tough to find in this industry. Nidhi, our customer support manager, is readily available when needed and very helpful! I would not hesitate to recommend this app to any ecommerce business.

eCED Commerce is a powerful and reliable integration tool that simplifies multichannel e-commerce operations. The system helps automate routine tasks, reducing manual effort and operational errors. Its centralized dashboard gives better visibility and control over multiple sales channels. eCED Commerce is especially useful for sellers looking to scale their business without increasing complexity. The platform supports smoother data flow between marketplaces and online stores. Overall, it is a well-designed solution for businesses seeking streamlined, integrated, and efficient e-commerce management.
I was trying to get this setup and working through the chat at first, I have been on Walmart and am still on Walmart and my Consumer ID and Private Key that were coming from Walmart kept showing up as invalid. So went to a phone call. They are from outside the US and the call was very choppy, along with the language barrier made it very difficult to accomplish anything. So long story short, I am going to try and find another integration partner. This one as far as I can tell may be good once you set up, but the setup process is so onerous that I wasted almost a day trying to get it done.
Horrible APP, I was going to use this for walmart integration only and now the are requiring us to use all other integrations? The woman Nidhi Rajput even tried to say walmart required it, total farce!!!! What , even had a horrible conversation via facebook.the APP clearly states for walmart and now they want our Amazon and Etsy? ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ....
Nidhi is very helpful. I have been using this App for 2 months now and I read all the negative reviews. Most all of the problems exist on the Walmart side. Before using this App I had only 57 listings on Walmart and it took me 8 months to get to 57 listingsbecause of all the "Walmart" problems. After using the App, today we have all 4057 listings listed. CedCommerce has 24/7 Skype support with your own personal help when you need it. Nidhi is very fast to respond and help with any questions. Keep up the good work! To the other negative reviews....you only need this app for Walmart so not sure why negative reviews on that and i havent had some of the other negative issue complaints. p.s. I also have their Ebay, Bonanza, and Google Express App and all working very well with all 4000+ listings
Anybody that has tried to work with Walmart, will understand how this app is a MUST HAVE> . Walmart doesn't know what they're doing. I'm sorry. They don't.. CED software has saved my sanity in getting my products onto walmart..
I used the app to integrate our store with Walmart. They were helpful in getting our products listed and the support has been good.
Great customer support, assisted me on things I want to change on the application it self. Kudos awesome!
Great app for uploading Walmart items. Make sure to read app instructions. and give Walmart at least 24 hours to update items correctly.
I have used many integration apps, but your Walmart integration app sets a new standard of how easy an integration app should be. Keep up the great work Cedcommerce!
Great app with excellent customer support, they helped me through the whole setup and got me live quickly
Last update: I migrated my Walmart account to the "shipping templates" feature, as requested by Walmart, and it broke. Value shipping, which was removed before, was added back in. I tried fixing it. I emailed the company. They ignored it. I emailed again. No answer. I opened an official work ticket. Nothing happened for days. I cancelled my account and am using a cheaper app that does what they say. I doesn't help that they are headquartered halfway around the world and they are working their day hours, not our day hours, so I don't get a response, if any, until 12 hours later. Update: They company increased the limit and gave me 30 days. I have enough sales from Wal-Mart to justify the cost for the past month. I can't give them five stars because the cost is high for what it is (shopify monthly cost alone is barely more than this app), and it isn't perfect. It does what it says and I can't complain about competency. Old: Only allowed uploading of 30 SKUs for a week trial. Either give me a free subscription with limited SKUs or give me a week trial with unlimited SKUs. Hamstringing me both ways is somehow supposed to prove your concept? The idea is that you let me set my stuff with your system and see how successful it is and if it's successful, I continue to pay. That's the plan, right? How successful do you think I'm going to be with only 6 days and 30 SKUs? I just went around you and installed the Wal-mart app directly. It's not as efficient, but at least all of my SKUs can get online. And a $50/m app to make the free one more efficient isn't going to cut it. The Amazon app is free and it works pretty well. In fact, all the marketplace apps work pretty well for $0.
This app is great, but the help you receive from the team is even better! They helped me with everything so far! They helped move my products from Shopify to Walmart, while maximizing SEO and improving the listing quality! They have answers for any questions and are always ready to help. I have had the yearly subscription for only about a month now. I’m very excited about what’s to come and the new team that I have on my side. Thanks again guys :)
I've completed initial set ups and uploaded my inventory via CED app. However, none of my products are live at Walmart even after 24 hours. I understand why some products are not published/live (zero quantity, price non-competitive etc) but not why none. When I asked for help via Chat, the the CED agent told me to contact Walmart support, not realizing that contacting Walmart Seller Support is a nightmare. There is no phone number listed under Seller Help and chat option will be available only after you have picked one of the pre-listed categories. For instance, my issue is "errors" with inventory but this is not an option that will lead to chat support. I'm still clueless as to what's it I'm not doing right. Very frustrating! Updated 4/2/24
Very smooth integration. If you get stuck, ask for Support. They are very helpful. Much simpler than I thought too.
