Volumental is one of the most practical FitTech additions available for online footwear merchants. By transforming a smartphone camera into a 3D scanner, it solves a fundamental pain point in footwear e-commerce: giving customers confidence in their fit before they hit "buy."
Measures customers foot size, but doesn't allow to recommend them a shoe size from our store. The size recommendation is the key part of the process - once that is in it would be great but at the moment it just takes the customers half way there and we still get the same questions from customers... "my measurements are xxx, what size should I order?"
This has been a game changer for us! Easy to install and great tool for my customers to use in order to help reduce the number of exchanges we get. Will be even better when they can use the data gathered to then recommend the shoe size from our sizing chart. Would highly recommend for all online footwear stores!

Love the interface and ease of use for the customer - easy to scan, easy to get results. The big unlock is linking scan data to our product catalog so customers can get sized perfectly - the Volumental team have been great working on this with us. Which when done will make this an easy 6 star app.
