Why is AR not working? no call center or anyone to contact

Awesome app! I've been searching for this type of app for a long time and finally I have it. My website looks fantastic and I think my business is going to get better and better. Thank you so much.

Nothing but loading screens. No support or even documentation. Check out their help page: https://help.paas3d.com/ At the time of this writing, sections of their website have been completing missing for a month despite requests for help. Looks like this app hasn't been updated in years. Seems like a small company that got bought up by a larger Chinese company and then ignored by that company.

No support AR dosent work...

this is what you need to better sell your product!!!

the app doesn't work, and no support is available the support website has an error message so there is no way to contact anyone.. Edited: the support came back to me and gave me all the help they can. we still couldn't use the app because we needed the option to assign 3d models to product variants but the support was good eventually.
