Every feature that we needed and the best customer service we have experienced on Shopify! I would recommend this ap to anyone that wants to host a competition or giveaway!

Seems like the free version for 7 days does not allow you to to anything all links say upgrade $49 a month.

My first sweepstakes is live and successful as I am writing this. I was bummed to learn that you can no longer have "Follow Us" Social actions - However this is not ViralSweep's fault. The app is relatively easy to run and setup, and so far has integrated flawlessly with my shopify store. I would like to see the "Share on.." Social actions broken out to their own section rather than being rolled up under the "Refer your Friends" sections - if possible.

This app is poorly priced, the features seem good but the price isn't helpful when trying to decide what app to use for contests. If it were $20/month it would be worth it. $200 USD/month to be able to use on 1000 orders does not seem worth it. $2400 USD/year for a feature that shopify should have as part of their platform is unfortunate. Edit: Developers response did not address the point made in my review. Im changing this to a one star review due to the fact they chose to belittle my feedback instead of considering it is valid to leave a review if something is overpriced. They belittle my review for not having purchased their app, when I fully explained in the review it is too costly to purchase. Consider this, it is $30/month to use SHOPIFY. A platform that has far more to offer than this app. This app has far less coding requirements, far less to offer, and is priced at 6.7x the value.

So far I have really enjoyed this app. It has helped bring a lot more traffic to my website. Aldin has been a life saver when I can't figure out how to get my contest running right or what settings I need. He is very quick to answer questions and never gets frustrated. I look forward to using this app more in the future.

The customer support is amazing. The app works great, but the support team makes sure your questions are answered, and that is crucial when adding an app that is the first thing a customer sees when they go to your site. Big shout out to Aldin the support rep.

We used this app for a couple of months before going back to a simpler system - but the developer was very kind and helpful. They helped us integrate within Klaviyo which was amazing and sync our audiences across both platforms. Highly recommended!

CUSTOMER SERVICE! CUSTOMER SERVICE! Any day any night, Giancarlo has replied to my messages within minutes in most cases. I installed this on two stores and often run into roadblocks or have complete user error issues. Sometimes I panic when something is not working right away. Giancarlo has always replied promptly, corrected my issues, and guided me in the right direction. This is a huge time and money saver as I don't need a new employee working on these issues.
