This app is a great new revenue stream for our store! Our customers love this video gifting option. The VideoGreet team is very responsive with our feedback and building out our requested features. This a great way to personalize our candle gifts, especially for Valentines Day coming up. Excited for their upcoming new features.

We love this app so much! Our shop is a gifting business, and our customers love that they can send a very personal message that the recipient can receive after they get the gift. It really is such a nice touch, and it lets us have another "branding moment" with the gift recipient, which is great for us! Our customers say it is super easy to use, and I love how simple it is to integrate it into our store, and to change the branding, layout, and colors of the app on our checkout page. The team that has developed this app is also truly amazing! They are super responsive and have already taken a lot of our feedback and made it happen. I think this app is amazing, and is on track to become even more amazing in the future as the developers create more and more functionality. Thanks VideoGreet team for an amazing app!
Working with the team at VideoGreet has been a lovely experience! In the digital age, we are thrilled to be able to offer this fun and interactive way for our clients to personalize greetings for their loved ones when sending them flowers. Given that most people are now very used to scanning QR codes, this product is easy and user friendly, even for the more technologically challenged.
As many of our customers purchase our product as a gift, VideoGreet is a great way for our customers to make the gifting process even more personal. We LOVE the ease of use for the customer and ourselves. The flexibility of pricing/customization of the VideoGreet product is a big plus too! Awesome app, the perfect add-on for any gift store. The complete set up process was perfect. Video Greet deserves 5 stars for its functionality, technical support and follow-up. I'm very grateful that they implemented a special feature that I needed for a different use case, and I love that we can monetize with the app.

The team at VidDay is amazing! They were super helpful with the set up process, always checking in and making sure that the app is working on the website. They helped with customising the position of button at checkout and ensuring the format of QR code matched our requirements. The app works well on the website, very simple and easy to add. Great option for the customers to add a personalised gift message, yet to see how popular it is amongst shoppers. Hope to see more customisation options in the future!

I've only just started using the app, but already the customer service has been phenomenal. I had some issue getting the app installed and showing appropriately on my site. A quick email and Denis and team were able to fix it within a matter of minutes. I also had a great call with him about ways the app is growing and how I'll be able to leverage it in the future. Excited to see all the ways we can market this service!

A really great up that's a little different to usual gift message. We had lots of issues with set (due to our fulfilment provider, not because of the app!) and the customer support was absolutely incredible. I was on calls with the team and they helped every step of the way to make sure the app worked for us was tailored to suit our needs. Highly reccomend using. Very reasonable pricing too and there are personal plans to suit your store. Thanks to all the Vidday team!
