CBB Video Background

We originally left a negative review after having difficulty reaching support, but the issue was ultimately addressed and resolved. The team followed through, and the app has continued to work well for our store. We appreciate the resolution and are happy to update our review accordingly. We want to thank Jennesca Roraldo there personally as well for helping to get things sorted!

"SO BUGGY. I cannot replace an element or edit the preferences for my video. I cannot even chose the video I want as the background. Really brutal." Above is my original review. I am changing my review to 3 stars thanks to the great customer service and attempts to solve my problem. I am only rating 3 starts because I was still running into issues with loading other youtube videos on my site while using video backgrounds, the app seemed to cancel out my other videos so I could not use it.

Great app that did exactly what I needed it to. Support was also a big help. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to add videos to their store.

I love the concept of the app. However, the functionality is reliable. it keeps freezing. Freezing increases as you add additional apps to site.

Easy to use video app that doesn't require coding and comes with good support. We have been searching all over the internet & stumble across this app. Definitely worth checking out.

This app is a lifesaver! It can replace any section on your webpage with your desired video and so much more! Plus the customer support is so quick! We had to go live a day after and help was provided within minutes!

Amazing app and best customer service! They did individual adjustments for us and responded very quick!

Extremely lovely and helpful crew. answered quickly and with detail until my problem was resolved. App is working as I hoped.

App does what it says, and worked fine since installed. It would be great if it didn't slow down the site, i suggest to un-tick the Fast Loading as it kills the loading speed of the site especially on mobiles

Absolutely love the app. So easy to use and made my website look insaneeee!!! The whole support team was so kind and helpful and very very quick when it comes to resolving issues! i highly recommended. Thank you guys once again for all your support and help!

Great service, affordable product, no complaints! ...................................................

Excellent app and great customer service. Our website can now display YouTube videos without the unsightly YouTube navigation. Highly recommend!

Herzlichen Dank!

The app works great! I like the different options for video display and functionality. Tech support is fantastic and very prompt. I recommend this app

Really relatively quite convenient with amazing customer service who are happy to help and will make sure everything looks good as it should.

I had a difficult coding request and thought to email the app developers for some general help. Valentina went above and beyond and coded my request herself!! It saved me hours of youtubing and researching online and she helped me with the request immediately and finished everything under 15 minutes. I would recommend this app to anyone and everybody! Great app and even better customer service!

Easy to use and does the trick. Had an issue which has been fixed immediately by the support team within a day. Highly recommendable!

I uninstalled the app cut It was not suitable for my needs and the whole website got crashed. I think something is still left in the code. to whom could I contact to?
