VESLY has been fantastic to work with. Their support and entire team is awesome, super responsive, and helpful. The app has been working great for us and is super easy to use. The UI is solid and it even has more features than other similar apps I've used. This has improved our ability to create one-off labels, integrate with our return platform, and even quickly process our daily orders out of Shopify. 10/10 recommend.

Vesyl has been great to work with and since changing over to them this year, we've had fewer shipping issues than with the previous company we were using. Their customer service is outstanding and quick to respond to questions we have. They've provided a lot of assistance in helping get us set up and changed over to their platform and working out any bugs we've had since switching.

Before VESYL, every batch took 2-3 people and would take all day. Box sizing, rates, and pick tickets were all manual selections that slowed everything down. Since switching, it only takes one person to handle the same volume in half the time. Box selection is automatic, carrier rates are compared and chosen for you and bin locations are on the pick ticket. The difference was immediate and it's worked great since day one. Highly recommend for any team that's still doing this stuff by hand or directly thru Shopify. The team over there is super helpful and always available. We were looking into competitors originally, but this ended up being so much better for us. Not to mention, the rates are better than Shopify!

When we used Shipstation, on average it took two team members 25-35 minutes to ship 20 orders. Since the change to Vesyl two team members can now ship the same 20 orders in 10 minutes. Vesyl is a company that cares about giving their users the best experience, they have been open to customizing and adding features to fit our needs. As a small business rates are everything. I'm getting better rates than I was using Shopify shipping. The interface is really easy to use and speeds up the fulfillment process. The support team has been super helpful getting things setup. If you're a small store I would definitely recommend.
