20 most recentVeeqo saves me hours every single day, I'd be lost without it. My whole team uses Veeqo more than any other software, a must for any multi-channel ecommerce business.
For the £120 per month Veeqo are wanting you would think the support would be top notch. Very complicated to set up and very poor support whilst trying to set up. FedEx integration was particularly difficult.
Veeqo is really good stock management software and does a good job of us predicting inventory and how to order. The best thing about Veeqo is If there is ever a problem they are quick on the live chat and rectify any issues very quickly and in a helpful way. The main problem with the app is that it does not support order editing in Shopify, or post-purchase checkout extensions, this limits our chance to add upsells which is a big thing for us. I have been told this feature is on the way over a year ago now but I have had no update.
Veeqo is terrible. I have not been able to get our Shopify account to work properly with Veeqo. My inventory and order information does not sync. I submitted a request for assistance on August 19th and now it's September 16th and they keep telling me that the engineering department is working on it but cannot commit to a timeframe. If you sell through Shopify, you will need to update everything manually until they get their act together.
12/17/2025 - A year has passed, and Veeqo is still a dumpster. They still have not been able to fix the issue with canceled labels appearing on the USPS scan form. Such useless support doesn’t exist in any other organization. Most likely inherited from Amazon. Tickets remain unresolved for 2-3-4 months. UPS claims can’t be filed because a master account is required, and Veeqo says, ‘File it yourself, we don’t know anything,’ while UPS says only a master account can file the claim. USPS labels are deleted, but they always stay on the USPS scan form and later appear as accepted packages. Consequently, no one will refund you for the label. In one of my favorite movies, there was a phrase: ‘an avalanche of sh*t.’ This perfectly describes this app.
Should be seamless, but difficult to use, worse-than-unhelpful support. No notification to user when orders are hung up in Veeqo purgatory which means angry customers. Sync is unpredictable and often incomplete.
We run The Bean Coffee Company and San Diego Coffee's daily fulfillment through Veeqo and it's become the backbone of our shipping. It pulls our Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart orders into one queue, rate-shops every package across USPS/UPS/FedEx so we're always on the cheapest service, and prints the packing slip and label together. The API has been solid enough that we've been able to automate our whole box-and-carrier workflow on top of it, and support has been genuinely responsive whenever we've had questions. Highly recommend for any multi-channel store shipping real volume.
Updated 19.02.2026 - It was a great app backed up with great support. Any queries I had with the features and functions of the app had been answered the same day by helpful agents. Veeqo are now charging for the use of the app despite receiving marketing emails advising it is totally free of charge. I've now gone elsewhere.
Let us put orders from multiple selling platforms in one place. Also given us the ability to track our stock levels across all the platforms in one place.
We've been using Veeqo with Shopify for about two years, and it's been a really good experience. The integration works smoothly, orders sync automatically, and it has made our shipping process much easier. We also haven't had any major issues with the integration, which has been great. Overall, it's been a reliable tool, and we'd definitely recommend it.
Veeqo is requesting that I write a review of their software even after I told my account manager that it wouldn't be positive if I do. The integration with Shopify doesn't handle any order edits - so if a customer wants to change their order after it's placed, we have to edit it in two systems (Shopify & Veeqo). It also doesn't handle returns processed through Shopify either. The bigger issue is that we look to and currently use Veeqo for our inventory control as the source of truth. Unfortunately, Veeqo's system has incorrect inventory counts on many/most of our products with a significant number showing extra inventory in stock with phantom committed amounts. Updates of inventory in Shopify don't always happen as expected and it can take up to an hour after creating a new product in Shopify before you work with that product in Veeqo. This just isn't acceptable to us for inventory control and we regret selecting Veeqo for this feature. Additionally, some of the reports are helpful, but many are lacking in detail needed for business decisions require manual aggregation. In short, I don't recommend Veeqo for inventory control purposes.
Veeqo works great for my store. The integration is simple. The rates are good. And support is excellent (Gio has really been killing it for me). Give them a try and message support if you run into any issues. Veeqo works fantastic for us.
Veeqo has been a total game-changer for our business. Bringing all the labels from our different stores into one place makes shipping effortless, and they consistently offer the best shipping rates available. The inventory management works great and keeps everything organized across channels. Most importantly, the platform is extremely easy to use, user-friendly, and backed by excellent customer service support. It has saved us a ton of time and money.
We've been using Veeqo to manage our e-commerce business across multiple sales channels, and it has made a significant difference in our daily operations. The inventory synchronization helps us avoid overselling, and the order management tools save us a lot of time by keeping everything in one place. The shipping process is straightforward, and being able to manage orders from different marketplaces without constantly switching between platforms has improved our workflow. As our business has grown, Veeqo has helped us stay organized and process orders more efficiently. The customer support team has also been responsive whenever we've had questions, and they're always willing to help. Overall, Veeqo has been a valuable tool for our business, and I would recommend it to any seller looking for an efficient inventory and order management solution.
Veeqo is free and has Amazon shipping rates. We replaced Shipstation and find Veeqo is superior. Customer support is great; they have real people who proactively and reactively support you (not just AI bots!). My account support manager, Giovanni, has been a fantastic resource and is available when needed for support and sharing new product features.
Great app. Seemless and easy to use.
Veeqo has been a great addition to our workflow. It's easy to use, keeps our inventory organized, and has made managing orders across multiple channels much more efficient. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to simplify shipping and inventory management.
Good for fulfillment and inventory management, especially if you purchase the handheld scanner. Reporting is weak, (Needs work on Cost of goods and determining ordering requirements. 5 stars is you stick to fulfillment and inventory managment.
Works well, functions as it should. Missing a few features, but always in development with a quick response from the team, who are happy to help grow to match you needs.
