Vayu Hide Shipping Methods

Show each customer only the delivery options that make sense. Build shipping rules that hide a shipping rate, rename it or move it to the top or bottom at checkout. Conditions: cart subtotal, country, state, postcode prefix or range, PO Box address, customer tag, product tag or collection, and shipment weight. Start from templates such as hide free shipping below an amount or hide express for remote postcodes. Runs as a Shopify delivery customization, so no theme changes.
