After a few months with this installed , had a customer messaging me asking why i have not responded with their form upload request. Checked the app and saw that even though its enabled, its still asking to be enabled. Worked once when I installed after received no more submissions. Uninstalling as this not reliable. Update: Noted, let me try again.
