Our use of the Try with Mirra Try Before You Buy app for our business has been nothing short of exceptional. It has redefined the way we sell our sunglasses online. I am genuinely impressed with the convenience and support that this app and its developers offer, making it an absolute must-have for any fashion-forward businesses seeking to provide a confident shopping experience for their customers.
The whole process with onboarding to customer experience with Try with Mirra has been incredible. The level of support provided not only to my brand but also customers is so impressive. The Try with Mirra service has been a game changer for my eyewear brand as trying on sunglasses is such a vital component of deciding on a purchase.
Try With Mirra has been amazing. The team are extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole set up process super easy! They have been really fast at replying to any questions I have and happy to help me in any way they can! The feature is amazing, we have had really strong positive feedback from our customers and our OAV and conversion rates are increasing since the install just a few weeks ago. It really is a must have for all ecom brands in the fashion industry and I can see it becoming a “norm” in the future, putting it right up there with AfterPay!

Introducing a Try at Home service is working well for us. We are picking up new customers that are hesitant about buying sunglasses online. We have always offered free returns, but customers are responding better to this option as it's automated. Feedback from customers who have used the service so far has been very positive.
This app is fantastic! It was incredibly easy to implement, and even those with minimal experience can install it on a Shopify store. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to offer a "Try Before You Buy" option on their site.

Shoes are notoriously tricky to purchase online so "Try With Mirra" has been a great addition to our online store as a luxury footwear boutique with a higher price point. The service has helped us acquire many first-time buyers and our success rate of pairs kept by them so far has been 100%. It has helped take the risk out of online shopping for our customers. The setup process was quick and easy with Peter, Shannon, and the team, and I know that there is help if I need it. I also loved that they had marketing collateral ready to go to help promote/explain the process to customers in a straightforward way and we were able to see our first order within a few days of set up. Would highly recommend it to any e-commerce store!
We implemented Try with Mirra last week and we are off to a great start. It's clearly getting new customers over the line with 82% of the orders coming from new customers.TWM orders also have a higher AOV. The team were amazing to deal with and made the who onboarding seamless.

The Try with Mirra team have been fantastic! It's been almost 4 months and our AOV for TWM orders is 44% more than non TWM orders. Wow. I knew as a new brand that the try before you buy would be super helpful for conversions but this is next level. Also, why don't other app have these kinds of metrics? Its almost like other apps are afraid to show ROI but the TWM analytics leads with that. In addition, the support team has been so responsive and that is critical because this is very much a customer facing app. If you're confident in your product, then you'll want to add this app to your shop!
Our customers really embraced the Try At Home service and appreciate the opportunity to try different pieces at home. We see our AOV for Try At Home orders is 60% higher, bringing in a nice boost. The team is lovely, easy to work with and jump on any issues right away. I was particularly impressed by the Marketing Kit the team provided us with that made integration and marketing of the service a breeze. I run a jeans brand, so being able to offer Try Before You Buy has been so helpful. Jeans are such a personal fit, and I love that customers can try a couple of pairs at home without having to pay the full amount upfront and then decide what actually works for them.
