Great app! Excellent customer service!

This was such a big improvement over our previous review app. Customizing the app to match the theme of our store was easy and the customer service is the best!! Joyce helped me sort out some issues and was very nice.

GOOD ASSISTANCE AND GOOD CONTENT

great service

Such a great review app, and very easy to use! The customer service is also very top notch, and replies are almost instantaneous! Very good app and very good support team! Will continue to use this for future stores too

Amazing

Great and fast customer service

Why would they say it's free when it's not?!

App is difficult to configure. Once configured it still does not work properly.

Great way to integrate your Facebook reviews into your online store. Easy to maneuver - I am still unsure if it Auto updates, but the quickness of pulling new reviews onto the page is still wonderful!

We love this app as it helps publish our customer reviews from Facebook effortlessly. Neat app backed by great support. Go for it!

Super useful, and very easy to install. The customer support is great and very responsive. Special thanx to Mia from the service help center and Mr.Loc the developer to fix all my problems in a couple of seconds

lack of customization, look awful on site, letters are to small, no preview live of the widget.......

Great app to show your social proof, works great. Mr Loc, the dev, customize the app with my colors so it looks part of my website and not an app. Download it now and only show your positive recommendations on your Shopify Store

I have been using Facebook Reviews by Omega for almost a year now to display reviews on my site, and have been very happy with their product. It works as intended, and their support is far superior to what I expected. Not only do they respond to any questions right away, but they have been able to make suggestions along the way to improve the look and performance of the reviews on my site. Thank you Omega!

自動的にサイトにアップしてくれて便利です。英語のシステムですが設定はシンプルで簡単です。私のサイトは英語ですが、日本語のサイトでも問題ないはずです。Q&Aも英語ですが、返答が速く親切でした。おすすめです。

Good App with good support team. still on trial trying to get to know it more. Hopefully with in weeks
