TrueROAS ‑ AI Ad Attribution

If you're running ads, you need this - it's that simple. We were trying to scale and the attribution data just didn't add up when stacked up against our Shopify sales with Google and Meta both laying claim. There also seemed to be inaccuracies as to which ads were really converting and we knew that Meta was being fed incorrect data back from Shopify. I'd looked at a few options for sort out tracking data but what I really liked about TrueRoas was the detailed reporting that it provides. It's not just sorted the tracking, it's given us complete visibility of the order journeys, both as a detailed audit but also as an overview. If you want to scale your ads, I really would recommend TrueRoas. Don't assume that Meta is giving you the correct information - in my experience, it has always massively inflated its achievements! Sure, you can save money by installing just a tracking app but if you're serious about scaling, the amount of reporting information this system provides is on a different level. Oh and for Claude/ChatGPT fans out there, you can connect to the MCP for TrueRoas. It's brilliant as I can just pull a daily report that shows me exactly what our campaigns are doing.

Tried to contact them and join the set up call nobody showed up and i can't get a hold of the support via chat. Positive note the pro plan is cheaper than getting the basic with the API. Nice to see that the product costs and fees are calculated into the reports

True Roas has changed view on our marketing campaings. It shows you the corrent number, and you will get a supprice. We found that google is preforming better than we trught and Facebook is not. You need thes to see whats really going on becuse you are blind and you need to see. Its not expensive like ther aps like thes. Try it.

Tracking data correct (tested with other tools), team is always there to help. Very Easy setup of tracking via UTM and API.

does not work great everytime and thats frustrating to see because with dropshipping u gotta be fast but with such problems its very slow

Finally got there. Few issues to start with but the team are really communicative. I'm now pretty happy with the tracking. It's pretty much real time which is nice. Improvements would be - 1) Load faster 2) Improve UI on mobile 3) Allow one to make adjustments on mobile 4) Stop accounts getting disconnected Overall I'm happy though

Not a reputable company! I had an active subscription and from one day to the next nothing was tracked anymore. I wrote to the support team and they didn't help me. After more than 10 days of waiting, I canceled my subscription and then they said they would no longer help me because I canceled my subscription. So I paid money for nothing. Way too expensive and the support is simply incompetent

Useful tool, however, extremely expensive if you are an agency for your clients. I don't think it is worth the money.

I'm very happy with TrueRoas it gives accurate fb tracking to a fair price. Customer service is always available to help if any issues

Good price for very integrated reporting. It has been nice to see a wholistic view of sales and spending across platforms.

Have been a a lifelong free plan and now all of a sudden they have secretly started to charge us 179 dollar/month! A complete scam and I would stay away from this App every day. Stay away from it if you do not want to get scammed.

Worst customer support ever. They respond once every few days and don't help resolve issues. The dashboard metrics don't reflect reality, making it impossible to conduct any analytics.
