We noticed that refunds in TrueProfit didn't match our Shopify data – only about a quarter of our refunds were showing up. We reported it with a few example orders, and Durra from the support team picked it up right away, had the issue fixed by the dev team within three days, and walked us through the right calculation settings so the numbers now match Shopify. Clear communication and a quick, competent fix – thank you, Durra!

honestly i check trueprofit more than my emails now lol. i run a few different dtc brands and used to have my cogs spread across a bunch of spreadsheets, which was a nightmare when i was trying to work out what i was actually making on bundles vs single units the cogs setup is what made me stay tbh. i can just put in the real supplier cost for a bundle instead of dividing it out per unit myself, which saves heaps of time, especially when i’m testing bundle prices and the per unit cost keeps changing a bit with volume discounts two other things have changed how i run my stores. ad spend from facebook and google pulls in automatically next to the orders, so no more exporting ad reports and checking them against shopify payouts. i can tell the same day if a campaign is actually making money instead of guessing off roas. and the daily profit summary that hits my phone every morning sounds like a small thing but it means i catch a bad day straight away instead of finding out at the end of the month overall really happy with it, would recommend to anyone running a dropshipping or ecom store who wants to know what they’re actually making

Really good app, only used it for 1-2 days but it seems very accurate and the customer support is amazing. They were very patient, walked me through everything and showed me how to implement things in order to get accurate COGs and shipping fees. It does seem a little bit confusing at first but it gets easy with time and customer support can guide and help you. Highly recommend. Vani was the customer service rep who helped me and he is top class. Informative and patient guy to say I made many stupid errors haha
