Incredible streamlined experience. We were users of the traditional custom platform - which was also a relatively easy implementation, but the plug and play nature of the True Fit Shopify app was fantastic. This model and price point perfectly fits are needs and also has some additional plug-ins that will continue to dramatically improve our already shrinking return rates. Big thanks to True Fit for this innovative solution!

Easy to install! Great customer support! the app helps the customer to receive extra guidance on what size to choose based on brands already purchased.

The size recommendation is very accurate, and furthermore, the customer service is spectacular. They assist very quickly and resolve all your issues.
Customer service was EXCELLENT! TrueFit contacted me to check if I needed any help on installing the widget and they took care of everything so fast. They were great. I'm new to the app so I can't still say much about it, but so far it seems great!

Their onboarding experience is incredible. I got responses back in minutes and the implementation happened in a day! They were open to customizing the brands that make sense for our brand to have on the widget which was important to us. They also provided additional opportunities to leverage their platform to reduce our return rate. I would highly recommend this app and Serhat is the BEST on the team!

Saying it's free. Then taking my e-mail and ask to accept their conditions for the tracking and marketing and then again asking 499$. It's not fair.

True Fit has been great so far - The app is super easy to set up, and we've received great support from everyone at True Fit when we've wanted to add more features. The app is already helping our customers find the right size and fit across our product line. Highly recommended!
