Signed up, connected our courier account and provided the required API details. Shortly afterwards, our account was suddenly deactivated with no explanation. There was no clear support option or customer service path available to resolve it. Given that we had just supplied sensitive courier API credentials, the whole experience felt extremely concerning and honestly raised serious questions for us about whether this platform can be trusted. Very disappointing experience. We would not recommend providing API access until their support and account security processes are much clearer.

Tranzit Group Smart Shipping has simplified the way we process our Shopify orders. Orders sync automatically into the platform, allowing us to generate shipping labels without re-entering information across multiple courier portals. This has reduced manual work, saved our team valuable time, and improved our overall shipping workflow.

Great app/service and integration with Shopify. Making it simple for our small business to integrate shipping couriers at a good price and having it all synced with my store with no extra steps. Always making sure that requested features get actioned quickly and continuously improving.
