I had a bad experience with this app. I spent two weeks inside it, working intensely just to translate my store into the requested languages while following my glossary rules. But there was always a problem, either something was missing in the translation, or the support team kept promising things that never happened. Sometimes, translations I had completed would disappear the next day, maybe because support interfered or something wasn’t properly configured. I didn’t want to leave too early because support kept reassuring me, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. But after two full weeks, I still had no proper translations, everything was half done. Completely unacceptable. I lost a lot of time, and therefore a lot of money.

Spending over €250 for nothing, the app is incredibly buggy...it doesn't transcribe the glossary. Customer service is unresponsive...I do not recommend this app.

It's very user-friendly. The official translation app only supports two languages, which perfectly makes up for that shortcoming. Moreover, it's more convenient to use than other applications. The customer response is also very prompt, which has helped me solve a lot of problems.

I tried this app，the great side is very easy to use. And the translation result is perfectly displayed, not feel like a third-party plug-in, pretty immpresive. I used it for my 4th and 5th language(shopify only provide 3 languages).

Be aware that the application is not completely free. You have to buy credits when you translate over a certain number of characters.

This translation plugin is the best one I’ve ever used! It’s really reasonably priced and has no other messy fees! Highly recommended, and the settings are very sensible. Customer service also responds very quickly! But never use Translate & Currency — they have an auto-charge feature and deducted $1,000 without my knowledge. Do not use Translate & Currency!

I really like their approach, combining points purchases with a subscription model. My initial orders were small, but my customers were scattered. I stumbled upon this app because it supports Chinese, which is amazing. There are so few apps in the app store that support Chinese, and even fewer translation apps. If a translation app doesn't even support a language I understand, I don't see the point. So I chose Ciwi.ai, and it didn't disappoint. I've noticed a significant increase in my conversion rate. This is my first time subscribing to an app, and I plan to continue using it. I look forward to seeing more updates from Ciwi.
