We are thrilled with Toki, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The product is excellent, and the customer service is truly top tier. Our brick and mortar setup is really complicated, with multiple moving parts, and the Toki team met it head on. They worked hand in hand with us to connect all of our data from our stores, and they walked us through every detail we needed to build out our loyalty program. Whenever we had a question, they were right there with a clear answer and a plan. It felt like having an extension of our own team. At this point, it seems like there is nothing they can’t do. Every request we brought to them, they made happen. Toki is hands down the best loyalty app out there. If you want a product you can count on and a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Toki.

Can't say I recommend, sadly. Saw the positive reviews and decided to give it a go, but even with help from their team it still was far too complicated to set up and get working. I reached out to the team to see if they could help since they're seemingly very new, and I assumed still working out some bugs. It ended up being way easier to go with Yotpo loyalty and I don't recommend this app at all. Plus the team, while helpful, just doens't know what they're doing.

After comparing Toki to other platforms, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the amount of functionality, customization and hands-on support you receive. We researched quite a few options before choosing Toki, and we are SO happy we did. The platform is fantastic, but having a responsive, collaborative team behind it has made all the difference. Jason has truly felt like a partner in bringing our vision to life, and we would recommend Toki without hesitation.

We switched from Loyalty Lion and have added 3x the features overnight. Toki is your MUST HAVE loyalty program if you are looking to elevate your brand!

Doing the install right now. It is a very powerful software. Will take some time to get used to because of all the options you have. Customer service is very good, very attentive and detail oriented. The support articles are extensive. This has everything you ever could have imagined. Switched from Yotpo Loyalty which was good customer service and good program but pales in comparison to the feature count of Toki - and Toki comes at a better price. Very glad I found them, and I have no doubt they will be continuously improving the experience.

Toki had everything we were looking for with a rewards program. We were using two separate integrations for our rewards and affiliate program, but were able to streamline into one platform with Toki. Jason and the rest of the Toki team have been incredibly hands on and helpful during our onboarding process, and with anything else we've needed help customizing honestly. We had a few issues and unique cases that we didn't know how to handle, but everyone on the Toki team was able to help find a custom solution for each problem. We are looking forward to continue using Toki & seeing how much our customer appreciate it too

Excellent app, I love that it can connect with other brand stores and we can share points. This really unlocks loyalty and rewards and takes it to a new level. Top notch customer service, great value for the money, especially after trying almost every other loyalty program out there.

Great app, very, very flexible and complex. Jason has been a huge help getting it set up correctly and he's quick to fix any glitches or bugs. He provides great loom videos to guide through, and has even helped via collaborator. Looks elite.

Toki is a powerhouse of an app, with very well thought-out and user friendly methods of engaging and retaining customers. The ability to customize the loyalty program so granularly has been incredible. The ease at which Toki integrates with various platforms we operate from to automate and track our loyalty program is invaluable. And the customer service is unmatched - highly recommend Jason and his team!

Beyond excellent — this app is in a league of its own. I've tried several loyalty apps for my Shopify store, but Toki is on a completely different level. The level of customization is outstanding — you can truly tailor every detail to match your brand and your business needs, which is exactly what I needed for Piedra de Toque. The feature set is genuinely the most comprehensive I've come across — from points and rewards to referral programs and tiered memberships, everything is covered and works seamlessly within Shopify. What really sets Toki apart, though, is the support team. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and actually go out of their way to help you get set up properly. Issues get resolved fast, and they treat every question as if it matters — because to them, it clearly does.
