Tax & Duty King – Import Costs

A great product with even greater support from the developers. I highly recommend it.

Highly motivated team in Aspen Consulting. We've been communicating from the get go about different needs we have, and the team ultra-fast support pulled through and assisted us. Under 24 hours we pretty much had the result we wanted, custom tailored to our site. The support team is incredibly open minded and professional, highly recommended!

VAT & Duty Calculator was incredibly easy to install and worked perfectly straight away. The customer service and support are genuinely first class — fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. The app itself performs brilliantly, giving our customers clear and detailed information about potential import costs. This transparency has noticeably improved our conversion rate and overall customer satisfaction. A fantastic app that we highly recommend.

I’m just getting started with it, but so far I’ve been very impressed. The functionality is excellent, and everything has been straightforward to use once set up. What has stood out to me most is the customer service. Their response time is extremely fast, and they are genuinely helpful and willing to walk you through the setup process and answer any questions you may have. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that provides this level of support, especially when you’re learning a new system. I’m very happy with my experience so far and look forward to continuing to use it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable product backed by responsive and helpful customer service.

Had some issues installing the Tax & Duty King - Import Fees app integrating with our website. Aspen Consulting has been amazing and shout out to Paul for his exceptional assistance in working with us to get the app and our product options to work seamlessly together. The app provides our customers with clear and detailed information for any import charges they may incur. We look forward to working together in the future on additional aspects for our site and would not hesitate to recommend them. Top notch in our books!!
