TagMatiks RFID Connect 3.0

We have been using Tagmatiks RFID Connect with Tagmatiks Retail combined with our Shopify store for a while now. It has made a significant difference in how we manage our inventory. The whole solution makes is incredibly easy to import products from Shopify and get started with RFID with minimal setup. Stock counts are fast and highly accurate, saving many hours compared to manual inventory counts. One of the standout features is the Shopify POS integration. The plugin keeps Tagmatiks Retail and Shopify inventory synchronized at all time, so stock levels are updated simultaneously across both systems. This has streamlined operations and given us confidence that our inventory is always accurate, whether sales happen online or through Shopify POS. RFID printing is seamless, inventory synchronization is reliable and the overall workflow is intuitive and efficient. Customer service is exceptional and this is the most important thing for any solution. The team is knowledgable, responsive and genuinely invested in helping their customers succeed. Whenever we have had questions or needed support, they have responded quickly and consistently gone above and beyond to help. It is a reliable RFID solution that integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Shopify POS.

I was extremely excited to get a RFID solution to handle our inventory. It was advertised as integrated with Shopify which was the main reason we moved forward with Tagmatiks. Unfortunately it seems there software is in its early stages of development, and doesn't have the most basic functions of any inventory solution i've used in my lifetime. Tagmatiks does not sync in realtime with purchase orders from Shopify, also, when you sell an item it doesn't automatically remove the associated RFID tag (apparently a shopify limitation) a limitation nonetheless. The process to initially load our inventory to Tagmatiks was painful, and ultimately unsuccessful. In the end, i was informed we would basically need to run two sets of inventory applications, Tagmatiks, and shopify, and that is not integration if you ask me and should have been explained before ordering thousands of dollars of equipment that i cannot return and am now stuck with! Mind you, the hardware is unused and still brand new, and they still refused to return it, despite their lack of informing me of the limitations and requirement to run 2 applications to use their "integrated" software" This is not true integration, save yourself the hassle, and headache. I have now been working with SimpleRFID.
