I use this app to add tags to my customers. I needed a particular setting that was not available. But after a quick chat, Aamir was able to add it within an hour. Great customer service and easy to use. I recommend this app 100% Also the pricing is great as well.

Absolutely fantastic app! I can tag my trade net-terms orders for import into my warehouse, and tag products for preorders and in stock - superb flexibility and we're only using a fraction of this applications power yet! Highly recommended, and huge flexibility!
The app is very useful, I hope to have support within 12 hours since we are in different time zone but I believe that I cannot wait more than 12 hours to get answers during weekdays.
Have tried a few other tagging apps. This one is more fully featured and has great support response. Order, customer and product tagging in one app rather than separate apps like others. Yet the cost of just one app. Nice work!
We use this to automatically tag archived products and products that are on sale. Customer support is really quick.

This app does exactly what I need in my shop - automatically tags products, orders, and customers per specified conditions. The templates library is helpful if you want to use a workflow that has already been preset, or you can develop your own template. I needed a specific condition that is important for my store to run smoothly and Aamir was very helpful in making sure it was set up correctly. I tried several other tagging apps but this one is by far the most robust and also easy to use. Definitely 5 stars!
Amazing app with 10/10 support. They helped me set up flows, and the price is miles better than other apps on the market. I use this for all our stores and would 100% recommend to anyone needing tags.
Its an OK app. It's pretty confusing, you'll run up your tag budget because of tag loops. You don't realize your task keeps running infinite times. Support is there, just always by email and never during US hours. So don't expect to get solutions right away. Tagging logic makes sense when you create it, but the way the app goes about it is confusing because it doesn't work as expected.

This app is awesome, but the team behind it are even better. We had an issue transferring tags from metafields to Shopify customer tags and they resolved it within 24 hours, incredible service!
