The App is great and Tracy from their customer service is amazing! She explained me everything about the app and is so patient and kind. The App is a must to prevent holds from PayPal and to sync the tracking numbers automatically. The best app for this case is definitely Synctrack. Amazing value for a cheap price! I can 100% recommend it and give 5 stars.

A very satisfactory experience; customer service was responsive and professional.
The app works perfectly for us. However, its features are too extensive for our needs. We only need to sync the shipping status and tracking number between Shopify and PayPal. That's all. Therefore, we're switching to another provider because the monthly subscription is too expensive for us. We're deducting one star solely because of the price. The functionality is top.
Initially want to sync tracking info to paypal , and let paypal release our fund quicker. Negotiate for annual plan and overall is acceptable. Generally this app help to build trust with paypal if you are new store without too much tracked history. now we decide to create our on app to sync with paypal. If you not familiar , just app just worked.

It works fine. Couple of clicks and you are ready to go. Good plans and good support. Maybe to improve they could give more orders in the free version
