I rarely leave negative reviews, but this customer support experience was unacceptable. We used the app for two years without issue, and then it suddenly stopped showing post-purchase. Instead of investigating or offering a solution, Jack from support gave vague, unhelpful replies and failed to address the problem. Messages went largely unanswered, and the overall attitude was poor — not how paying customers should be treated. I strongly recommend choosing a different app for your store.

Super easy to set up the app, also heaps better than other upsell apps on shopify. So far i'm really happy with the results, great value.
