Roky som čakal na jednoduchú aplikáciu, ktorá by zjednodušila prenos dát z objednávok v Shopify do SuperFaktúry. Táto apka automaticky prenáša údaje o zákazníkoch a detaily objednávok, vrátane cien a zľav, čím eliminuje potrebu ručného vytvárania faktúr a znižuje šancu na chyby. Jej použitie tiež prináša výraznú úsporu času. Nastavenie apky je vďaka jasným inštrukciám veľmi jednoduché a rýchle. Umožňuje napríklad aj explicitné určenie, pod ktorým čísleným radom sa má vytvoriť faktúra. V prvotných štádiach som narazil na menšie chybky, ale promptná podpora od vývojára ich vždy rýchlo vyriešila. Zhrnuté a podčiarknuté - konečne apka, ktorá ušetrí tony času prevádzkovateľom e-shopov pri tvorení faktúr.

Finally public app which connect superfaktura and shopify! App is working just fine, installation takes about 3 minutes. I really appreciate amazing support from Bence and his team. Good job guys!

UPDATE DECEMBER 2024: After contacting them, they were very helpful. They admitted their mistake and promised to provide all the missing invoices. I also received 6 months free as an apology, which I really appreciate. I hope this integration will now work as it should, and I can definitely recommend this app to everyone. ‏‏‎ ‎ ‏‏‎ ‎ ORIGINAL REVIEW 2*: After using this app for three months, I found out it doesn’t work correctly. Some of my orders didn’t transfer to Superfaktúra through the integration, which caused a lot of problems in my accounting. Now I have to spend days fixing everything manually, which is very frustrating. If I didn’t already have a yearly subscription to Superfaktúra, I would look for another solution. Customer support is also not that fast. The app has a good idea, but it caused me more trouble than help. I can only give it 2 stars because it broke my accounting system.

I praise this excellent plugin, it is a great help in managing and sending invoices to customers. Also, the technical support is at a high level and always tries to help and guide.

Update April 2025: After reaching out to them, they were very helpful and responsive. They have begun developing a new POS integration feature for us, which was not previously part of their offering. Previous review: 3/5 stars Their app doesn't work with POS integration.

UPDATED: The developers managed to solve the issue within a few days. I recommend it for store owners using Superfaktura. Thank you. The app works well overall and has a lot of potential, but there is one serious issue for merchants in Slovakia and the Czech Republic or elsewhere where COD is accepted. When an order is paid by Cash on Delivery, the invoice is generated with the order date instead of the delivery/payment date. This causes problems with VAT compliance and makes it very difficult to use for COD sales. Also it can be very time consuming to fix this manually. Support is also quite slow, which makes it harder to resolve these issues quickly. If the invoicing logic for COD could be adjusted to reflect the correct delivery/payment date, this app would be a great solution. I really hope the team addresses this, because otherwise the app is very solid.

The app does its core job reliably - invoices are generated quite well, and for a standard B2C store that is likely all you need. Two things to be aware of before you sign up. Support speed: when invoice generation fails, you need an answer the same day. A guaranteed fast response is only available on the 49€/month plan, which is hard to justify if you need one quick answer a month. The team is planning an in-app view showing which orders had generation issues and why, which should reduce the need to write in at all. B2B: if you sell to businesses, the app is simpler than you might expect. Business customers usually create their account first and expect to enter their VAT number and billing address there - but the customer account has no VAT number field, and invoices cannot be downloaded from it either. So business billing details end up being added or corrected manually on every order. That said, the team has been open and honest in communication about what they can and cannot build, which counts for a lot - so I am hopeful this gets addressed. Overall: solid for B2C invoicing, worth checking the details first if B2B is a meaningful part of your business.
