Supercycle has been such an important part of running Rêve. As a rental and resale business, there are a lot of moving pieces to manage, and the platform makes the entire process so much easier — from bookings and inventory to returns and customer experience. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify and has given us the flexibility we need as we continue to grow. The team is also incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping their merchants succeed. Highly recommend for anyone building a rental business!

We migrated from another rental management app to Supercycle because we wanted a rental solution that was more native to Shopify, and it has been a great move for our business. Comprehensive, flexible and highly configurable. We have reviewed many other Shopify apps specifically for rentals, SuperCycle is the most thorough and well thought out Shopify app for the space. Further, customizations have been far easier than most other apps we have integrated. Highly recommend for equipment rental businesses.

The app charges are high and features are good but support provided is basic. There is no way to schedule a call or connect on chat support even for urgent and important issues with the app. The only way to contact them is through email support which is difficult and very slow. I have lost orders due to this.

We have been nothing but impressed with Supercycle. Their technology is so desperately needed in the rental industry, i only wish it had been around years ago when I started my business. With Supercycle our membership numbers have scaled dramatically and our customer satisfaction has also dramatically increased. Would definitely recommend.
