SuperSMS.AI ‑ AI SMS Marketing

Just received the first order from Lazer. Nice！Recommended everyone to try. Look forward the future performance!

As soon as I added SMS to the shop the communication began and we made the stores very first sale - ever. $4000 order within minutes.

Edit to add: I am very pleased with the response I got after posting my review, which is why I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. They said they fixed the issues but because of all that's happened, However, I recommend giving them a try. I have had multiple issues and not pleased at all with how much money I spent on campaigns that didn't work. I've had campaigns only send to a select number of subscribers when it should have gone to all, I've had one not send at all, and one that sent 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. In addition to that, on 5 separate occasions, I had texts come through from people who were mid-conversation with another business and the number would randomly switch over to the one this app provided. The people who sent the messages were confused because to them it looked like they were still texting the original business. Lastly, I had a customer say that the texts were coming through from different numbers. I am upset at the money spent and hours wasted on this. I do not recommend this app.

Thanks for your help in setting this up! We hope for big things in the future for our business. All the best.

Using this app to get started in SMS marketing and abandoned checkout. Easy setup. Works well so far.

Didn't realise a Shopify update caused them to have to update their app. Reinstalled it and app is working perfectly as before. Good app for our needs .. texting customers about orders. Cheap sms prices for Ireland too. Many thanks for you prompt support !

This app + Shopify Inbox is a gift from God. I highly recommend this app and we haven't even sent our first marketing message. This is a must-have app for any merchant looking to engage customers and recover abandoned carts.

Helpful. Save you LOTS of time and effort. I just use it for the first time, seems like everything's going well

i used this app and it very good and easily integrate with shopify and guide how to increase follower

Very user friendly and a great marketing option for my small business! I can't wait to see how this helps in the long run.

Seems to work really well so far. I used the Abandoned Checkout Automation and it seem to get many time what I put in to it

We've received some fast conversions using this app. SMS is not to be ignored. Looking forward to more sales using this app.

Very excited to use this app to help convert our abandoned carts. This is another creative way to stay in touch with our customers.

So far so good. Easy to set up. Took me through the setup process which was easy to do. Very excited to see how this is going to grow our business!

This app texts customers even when automations are turned off. It has been a recurring problem and nothing has been fixed. The only solution is to uninstall it. There are way better text marketing apps available with cheaper prices per text, don't jeopardize your customer relationships by using this.

I've been using this app for 2 years now. Sometimes I get an error and the app is not working properly. Laura here was very attentive and responded to my email promptly. Overall I'm enjoying this app and will continue to use it. Highly recommened.
