Sumtracker Inventory Manager

Fast syncing for our 4 stores, it has an easy to navigate interface and the price is very reasonable, especially compared to the competition's apps, (many of which we've used). Don't have a review of support, but we really haven't needed it...this app just works. Very happy so far. EDIT: 09/28/26 - have been using Sumtracker for almost 4 years. They have decided to increase the price 500% for the same features we have been paying $24/ month for years. Goodbye.

I have been using Sumtracker for inventory management for two years - since before they launched their Shopify app. I have only positive things to say about their inventory management solution, and the Shopify integration seems to be seamless too. Every single person at every single level in the supply chain has benefited from Sumtracker, despite their initial reluctance to switch from the MS Excel method of bookkeeping. Thanks to Sumtracker, we know more about our business today, and we keep improving our processes and systems every day.

Its Been Around 1.5 years That I Am Using Sumtracker, the Services Are Really Good, I Can Manage My Stock Very Easily And Normals Languages Are Used Which Every Person Can Understand The Software In Minutes, There Customer Support Is Really Helpful And Polite. I would put 6 stars if i could. Sumtracker has many bulk import and export capabilities and the bundles organisation and management is clear, clean, and simple. Also, many software companies give you an out of the box software which doesn't always match everything you need. With Sumtracker, the team is always open to improve their software and listen to suggestions and actually update their software to benefit everyone. I'm sure Ankit and the team will go very far with this app. Highly recommend.

It's hard to find an app that does it all: inventory plus bundles, kits, and reporting, but Sumtracker does all of these things for a very reasonable price. I've run into only one issue in the few months I've been using it. Support was fast, friendly and had the issue fixed very quickly.

Effective, super easy to use with great customer service! I'm a small business and was looking for a simple but effective app that manages stock across various sales channels, Shopify, Etsy Amazon etc. Sumtracker performs all the essentials for my inventory management without making it overly complicated. I came away from Zoho after finding it was trying to do too many things for my business needs. As an alternative I have found Sumtracker a breath of fresh air with super fast, straight talking customer service from Ankit - thank you Sumtracker team :)

Great App, we have close to 50 PO’s a week and this has been by far the best option of tracking the stock and supplier invoices. We added Sumtracker to our Shopify store in August 2022 and have been using this App very successfully. We have found the product to be very efficient in managing our inventory and it has been especially helpful in creating out purchase orders from our suppliers. Both placing the orders as well as receiving the inventory has been wonderful. Also, we had what we referred to as "Kits" with a variety of products contained in them that we were having to manage manually. With the Bundles feature within Sumtracker, we no longer need to do this. Sumtracker manages our Kits for us. This has saved us tons of manual hours. We have to say that the absolute best part of the product is the personalized CUSTOMER SERVICE. We get our answers and assistance swiftly and with great clarity. On top of all of this when we have needed a measure of an upgrade, our request is taken seriously and given consideration and in every instance the App has been upgraded. We highly recommend this product to anyone who is in need of a Shopify Inventory and Order management system. The trial period offered gave us the opportunity to fall in love with the product and know that it is worth it. AND the bonus is the sliding scale for packages based on sales volume. We had so many issues with Sumtrackr adding inventory randomly. It messed up our entire inventory of over 2000 products. We reached out and sent screen shots of the randomly added inventory when no one was even on the back end of shopify working and the response we got consistently was that it was something we were doing.

LIFESAVER! I have a complex business model with a strange way to manage inventory. I spent hours and hours researching apps and finally came across Sumtracker. It has honestly been game changing for me. The app is soooo easy to use. Set up was easy. The team have been so helpful. They helped on-board me and have been at hand to answer questions. I give this app and the team a 10/10. Best part is....this is the first time in 2 years I have been across my inventory! No unhappy customers plus I am saving money by not over ordering stock.
