Absolutely outstanding customer service! I reached out with an issue that was preventing customers from purchasing our subscription products, and Alan was incredible from start to finish. Within minutes, he identified the problem, explained exactly what was happening, and personally fixed the integration with our theme. What impressed me most was that he didn't just tell me to contact our theme developer. He took the initiative to handle everything himself. He even went above and beyond by removing the Appstle branding from our widget at no additional charge, just to make it look better for our customers. The entire experience was quick, friendly, and genuinely impressive. It's rare to find this level of customer service anymore. Alan clearly cares about the businesses he helps, and it shows. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Alan and the Appstle team!

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever had. The app is POWERFUL, which also means a lot of configuring and learning curve. With that said, nothing can come close to the features for the price, and then you throw the best customer service ever on top? No brainer.
