I had to update my review to 5STARS. Subi always goes above and beyond to assist whenever I have questions. Mason was very patient and thorough. First of all, as soon as I got on the chat there was a response. Mason knew exactly what to do to help me solve my issue. I was able to reschedule payment which is exactly what my customer wanted. I'm happy and my customers are happy to get their subscribed products in a timely manner. Actually, if you keep your inventory up to date, Subi Subscriptions runs perfectly with no hiccups. Thanks again for all of your help!!! I just discovered Subify last night and I had multiple questions about the service. I used chat to communicate with Subify representatives this morning and all of my questions were answered promptly. Melika was very helpful and informative. I am now in the process of setting up my subscriptions and it seems easy enough. If I do have any difficulties I'm sure Melika will be there to assist me.
