This app has been amazing in organizing my store pickups, and the customer support team has been so easy to work with! They respond very quickly and provide solutions for all your questions and concerns. I am so happy I chose this app as it has truly elevated my business! Tough review to write, Constantine was quick to respond and try to help however this app was not designed for a high volume store. You are not able to delete appointments, change appointments or export directly from app. The data is exported to Shopify via tags which is not then able to be filtered by time and date separately. Furthermore the time and date is sometimes switched which makes the data completely unfilterable separately by date and time once exported to Excel. Customer service is really great, if you are a small shop with low volume this would probably be a good app to use. If you are a high volume store or would like the ability to edit appointments, keep shopping.

Slow app, with many bugs. They have to add delivery range option, intead of putting 1 by1. Some time app takes more than5 minute, just to load.

The customer service on the app is top notch. I was confused as to how to configure a particular setting, and they worked closely with me to make it work like I needed to.

Keeps our small business going with easy local pick up options for our store. Customer service for this app is also quick an helpful to fix any snags that come up from other app or theme updates.

This is a great little app which allows our customers to simply pick up their orders from one of our brick and mortar stores. The developer, Constantin is so responsive, quick and helpful at getting everything implemented quickly and without fuss. I’ve asked for a tweak today and it was done within 10 minutes, exceptional service. Highly reccomended.

I've been looking for In-store Pick Up App for a long time. This one is perfect! Intuitive, easy to install, and works with like a charm. It's a must-have if you have lots of local customers. I had some issues with the PICKUP button not being in the right place. I wrote a message and they responded right away. Constantin was the person who helped me out. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed everything I asked for in a very short amount of time. I can't be happier with this app and the support they provide. It's worth every penny. I highly recommend it!
