Recently migrated our site https://www.downeastbasics.com/ onto ShoipfyPLUS and started using the W3 Store Locator, and couldn't be more pleased wth the app and the customer service. We have 60+ retails stores that require customers to find our locations with ease and this app made it possible. I highly recommend this for any online business. https://www.downeastbasics.com/apps/store-locator
Very cool and easy to install app. The font color did not blend well with my site and i emailed them and they replied back and fixed it immediately.
Easy to configure and looks good on the page. I lik the way you can have different colours for different types of location, which are all filtered on the page.
Using their template every address responded with an error on the bulk import.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: You cannot load this locator on a page, you have to use their page. They really need to include that BEFORE people install this.
I was hoping this app would be more customizable and eye-catching than the other store locator app we use, but this app (W3) is very basic. Not appealing to the eye at all. You would think the layout of the store locator would be like images in the media gallery they provide, but the store shown must of customized it A LOT because the live locator looks nothing like the screenshots.
Great customer service! Had a couple of questions and Justin answered all of them so quickly! Problem was solved within a couple of hours of my first email being sent!
Great app for a great value! I had a question the API, and Jason responded within minutes. Thank you for exceeding my expectations! :)
Highly recommend - as good as the more expensive alternatives, and easy to use!! And super quick response from customer service who were really helpful.
Great app. I'm using it on two different stores. Easy to use and looks clean and professional. Support is also excellent when I have questions or need help.
We used this app as a way to advertise music teachers around the area and it works like a charm! We had a few issues with load speed once there were quite a number of teachers listed, however the support was fantastic and they sorted it out very quickly.
Very helpful team with a lot of knowledge on the app. They solved my problem and then some. I would reco the W3 Locator to anyone looking for a store locator for their site.
Super fast customer support. Easy to add locations. Super fast customer support. Easy to add locations.
Great app for showing your store locations. Great service also.
Simple, clean, functional and very affordable. Exactly what I needed. I had a setting issue with the way the map initially displayed - it was looking clunky due to the wide spread of locations that needed on there - I sent an email suggesting a start zoom level to W3trends and they built the feature in ! ...excellent service. Excellent app.
Amazing product and amazing customer service!
Great app and the team are very helpful and readily available to assist at back end!
Have been very successful using the app and wonderful support - thank you.
Was able to mass import over 1500 locations with no issue. Support was very helpful in the process. Great App!
