Your supplier invoices the goods. Freight and duty turn up later on another invoice, and it never reaches the figure your store holds. So the margin you read is wrong, always in the flattering direction.
Stockkeep splits the freight across the purchase order and re-averages it into what's already on the shelf. It keeps what you were quoted beside what you were invoiced, so a drifting supplier shows up as a figure, and lead times measured from your own orders mean reorder points aren't guesses.
